The data controller responsible for your information is Toolsmart.ai Software (Singapore) Limited, Singapore.

c) Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use session and persistent cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to support site functions, recognize users, monitor usage patterns, measure performance, and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling them may limit certain features.
d) Information You Give Us Directly
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you write to us.
If you create an account, we may collect information such as your name and email address. If you sign in through a third-party service such as Google, Facebook, or Microsoft, we may receive the information permitted by your settings with that provider.
2. How We Handle Your Files
This is the section that matters most, so we state it plainly.
3. Why We Process Your Information
4. Who We Share Information With

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
5. International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including Singapore and the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or another jurisdiction that requires transfer safeguards, we use appropriate legal safeguards, including European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
