2. About Us
ToolSmart is an AI-powered file conversion platform providing web-based document processing services. ToolSmart provides the Services described above to individual users and organizations. Accordingly:

(1) Basic Account Information. If you create an account ("Account") in connection with your use of our Services, we may collect certain information about you, such as your name and email address. If you create an Account using your login credentials from a third-party service such as Google, Facebook, or Microsoft (each, an "SNS Account"), we may access and collect the information that your privacy settings on the SNS Account permit us to access, such as your name and email address.
(2) File Conversion Data. When you use our Services to convert files, we temporarily process the files you upload solely for the purpose of providing the conversion service. We do not permanently store the content of these files after the conversion is complete.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal data from children under 16.
